“Yudi” series ultrasonic water meter is a flow measurement instrument based on the principle of ultrasonic time difference, mainly used in agricultural irrigation, urban water supply and other fields, can be used together with “Yuhui” series water resources telemetry terminal.

Attentions:

• transport should be handled with care and is not knocked against; Avoid storage in strong electromagnetic fields.
• installation position should avoid flooding, freezing and pollution, and adequate maintenance space should be left.
• table body is connected to pipe with excessive force to avoid damaging the sealant pad and causing water leakage.
• is used to avoid strong impact and violent vibration.
• should avoid use in a strongly acidic and alkaline environment and in an environment where salt fog is excessive, which accelerates the ageing of the product material and causes the product to fail to meet the hygiene standards.

Battery：

• when the battery is removed, please discard the product or contact us for repair.
• End-of-life products have to have their batteries removed before they can be recycled,?Do not place the removed battery at will.Avoid contact with other metal objects or batteries to avoid fire or explosion.
• Removes the waste battery to be treated in the environment or delivered to our company for unified recycling.
• Do not short circuit the battery. Do not bring the battery near flame or water.
• Do not overheat or weld the battery.
• Do not expose the battery to violent physical impact.

4 Installation Guide

4.1 Select installation?site

When installation,?the minimum distance of the straight pipe section of the water meter is required to be ≥5D upstream and ≥3D downstream.?Distance from pump outlet ≥20D (D is the nominal diameter of pipe section),?and make sure the water is full of pipe.

Recommend installation?site		Installation site?are not recommended
The lowest point in the pipeline system is guaranteed to be full.A section of pipe that flows?vertically upward.Upstream straight pipe segment ≥5D.		The lowest point in a piping system may be below the pipe.A section of pipe that flows vertically downward.Upstream straight pipe ≤3D.
